Got an Avocado!!!
Avocados are a favorite healthy fat in my house. It’s a great go to, nutritional snack. Avocados contain the B vitamin which is very much needed for healthy brain and nerve cells. It also contains K,E,C and Folate. More reasons to spread this delicious fruit on toast or your face! Below is a yummy recipe to enjoy for days, weeks and years to come.
This short and easy recipe is enough to feed your family of 4 or more
4 Avocados
8 slices of bread
4 tomatoes
Butter
Mayonnaise
Slice all four avocados in half and peel skin off, then place half of one sliced avocado on toast. Add salted butter to toasted bread if you want the taste to be extra creamy and delicious. If not the avocado alone with tomatoes is just as yummy.
